All purchases are final due to the digital and personalized nature of astrology reports and generated content. Once a service is accessed, generated, or delivered, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Refunds are only considered in limited cases such as duplicate payments, failed transactions where payment is deducted but service is not delivered, or verified technical errors. Any such request must be made within 48 hours of the transaction with valid proof.
If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
You are responsible for entering accurate details (such as birth information). Incorrect input does not qualify for a refund.
